Download and Setup Guide
To use your digital subscription, you may need to install an application on your device. Here is how to get started.
Where to Download
- Official source: Your subscription provider's recommended application is the best option. Check your order email for a direct link.
- Our site: Links to recommended applications are available in your customer account under "My Orders."
- App stores: Many applications are available on the Google Play Store or other official platforms.
Download Tips
If a download does not start automatically, right-click the link and choose "Save target as..."
Installation by Device Type
- Android (APK): If the app is not available on the Google Play Store, download the APK file directly. You may need to allow "Install from unknown sources" in your device settings.
- Google Play Store: Search for the application name provided with your order. If not found, use the APK version.
- Windows: Use a recommended media player or the application provided in your order. VLC media player is a widely compatible option.
- iOS: Check the App Store for the application name provided with your order. Some services may require a third-party player such as GSE or IPTV Smarters.
