Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Nature of iStore36 Products
All products sold on istore36.com are digital products (subscriptions and access codes) delivered electronically. By placing an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- The delivery of access codes and credentials constitutes immediate performance of the service.
- The Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon delivery of the credentials.
- This waiver is a necessary condition for ordering digital products.
Exception
If the credentials have not yet been delivered at the time of the request, the Customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund. For any request, contact us at support@istore36.com.
